 Some extra information, for quiet mode you need to do two things.

 The first is to clear bit 1 of EC register FC95h.

 The second is to set bit 6 of LPC_SIRQ MSR (0x5140004E).  The final value
 should be 0xeffd00c0.

 And note, this is important, this should _only_ be done on boards with the
 KB3700, on boards with the KB3920 the LPC_SIRQ MSR should be 0xEFFD0080,
 as setting it to quiet mode completely kills all SIRQ interrupts until the
 next reboot.
