 More data.

 If we set the follow EC registers to the following values, then load
 i8042, the AUX port on the btest works again.

 FC80h to 43h
 FC83h to FFh
 FEE0h to 6Fh

 It's possible that not all of those are needed, but Andres needs to use
 the board now, so I'll verify later today.

 I don't have a cule what sets the EC registers normally, or who is
 responsable for it, but that seems to be at least part of the problem.

 Not closing because it's identified, not fixed, and because I'm not sure
 that this is the only issue the board is having with the PS/2 ports.
