 Hi, Mitch,
 The information above is incorrect.  CAFE programming failures were caused
 by the Delta B-Test AC adapter which caused lots of ground noise, coupled
 with an error on the CAFE programming connector that connected shield
 ground to logical ground.
 We've verified that the parallel and multiple versions of the USB
 programming adapters woth just fine now.
