Comment:

 Tested this on a DCON board (LCD-B, ATest board).  There are some power
 issues; however, from a cold boot it appears to work.  LinuxBIOS detects
 the DCON, and the LB status bar appears (right size and everything, too).
 Before LB is initialized there are some funky noises and colors, but once
 LB initializes the DCON it's okay.

 The kernel also seems to handle the DCON properly, at least in terms of
 the framebuffer.  X7.2 gets confused about the size, but that's a separate
 issue.
