 The i8042 interrupt MSRs are not getting set at all by LinuxBios on the
 BTest boards.

 There has been speculation that Quanta just didn't have a LB with that fix
 when they made them, but this should be verified. (And people trying to
 use the PS/2 ports on BTest need to be aware of the issue.)

 Things work again if you set the MSRs, but see the bug I'm about to file.
