 We're making good progress. Right now we're in the midst of discussing the
 issue with Apple lawyers and we expect results before the end of this week
 (if you need details ask kim at squeakland dot org directly). We have also
 assembled a list of relevant authors to contact for contributions which
 we're going to work off once the inital round with Apple is complete. We
 don't expect any surprises here, but it will take some time until the
 process is complete.

 BTW, I should also point out that for BTest-1 we do not intend to ship any
 sources so the source code license issue is somewhat moot since we'll only
 ship binary. It may be simpler to ship with an EULA for the eToys activity
 that addresses any interim concerns directly and (for BTest-1) leave it to
 people to download the source code under its original license. This would
 be an easy solution until relicensing is complete.
