 Patches are out for review for inclusion in .18.

 At this instant, it isn't yet a done deal that they will be merged for
 .18.  Time will tell over the next couple months.

 With Mitch's recent measurements, we might be able to suspend to ram
 during tickless periods, if we can get enough of the gratuitous wakeups
 out of the system.
