Comment:

 I'm on the fence on this one.  It's going to use up a good amount of space
 on the build server, and it makes it harder to say that "feature X is new
 in this build."  I would rather be making builds in a reactive manner to
 new fixes and new packages.  Also, we don't have daily smoketesting yet.

 But like I said, I'm on the fence.  Convince me otherwise.  All we have to
 do to enable this is flip a switch.
