Sure. Start tossing things into e.g.
http://wiki.laptop.org/index.php/Code and branching off pages such as
/Code/BIOS and /Code/Build_notes as you see fit.

You'll want to wrap code snippets in <code> ... </code> tags to prevent
MediaWiki munging.
