iwconfig is 24k, libiw.so is 30k. That's all you should really need.
And even that can be stripped, we can whip up a custom iwconfig pretty
fast that's likely 1/2 as small. All iwconfig does is convert
command-line arguments to ioctl WEXT arguments.
