[OLPC-devel] does softvg manage the BAR registers for graphics?

I don't know right now, but I'll look into it.  It'll be a while before
I have an answer to this; I'm working on getting the MSRs cleaned up
(part of enabling graphics).

can we move that pci header management out of softvg? It would be nice
to get vsa below 42KB.
