[OLPC-devel] mkelfimage and read only output

Is there a specific reason that mkelfimage creates readonly ouput?

That breaks linuxbios build automation.

I have a small script that runs my LB build, tacks on the vsa.bin and
drops it off at  the machine I use to program the PLCC.

The output of mkelfimage is 0444 which gets pulled into my linuxbios
tree as the payload file.  On the next run LB make fails because it
dosen't have write permissions on the payload file to copy over it.
