We're tentatively looking at some alternative approaches for this.

This has relevant bugs filed in Trac, and will be fixed in one of the
subsequent builds.

As far as I know, this is a beta-packaging decision only.

I spoke to Scott at UDS-MTV a bit back about this. I expect we'll go in
that approximate direction, yes.

All three sectors are resistive, but only the middle sector is
capacitive, meaning you can use it with your fingers. We have resistive
mode turned off for B-1.
