[OLPC-devel] Build image 76.

OS image build 76 is available now, and contains many new features,
some of which are:

   * is bootable from NAND with LinuxBIOS
   * "amd" EZA X driver is now included, but not used by default.
     To use, edit /etc/X11/xorg.conf, changing "fbdev" to "amd".
   * The wireless driver is now included, and works.  To use, 
     download the firmware from:
     https://www.marvell.com/drivers/driverDisplay.do?dId=160&pId=38 
     and put on the image as /lib/firmware/usb8388.bin.
   * sugar now works again
   * choose "OLPC for devboard target" in grub if booting the board.

Some issues we've noticed on IRC so far:

   * vesafb isn't in the kernel (why not?), so qemu doesn't work. 
   * no /dev/mtd0 when booted through Insyde, so can't write to NAND;
     /dev/mtd0 *does* appear when booted through LinuxBIOS, though.
   * "amd" X driver has some problems.  A photo:

     * failed to open /dev/md0: no such device or address
     * warning: can't open /etc/mtab: no such file or directory
