The tree was taking up 2GB, so it caught the attention of the repack
script which didn't correctly set permissions afterwards. You're all set
now.

In the future, please contact me directly when there are issues with
your tree; there's no reason to bother the list with them (and good
reason not to -- the list can't help you).
