Status update :

* BlowFish encryption has been added to the P2P part.
* Configuration now done via config file
* hosts file plugin now finished
* DHCP server finished
* DNS Server bases ok, still exotic record types and error handling to add
* Several bug fixes

Next week's plans :

* Mostely catch exceptions :
* * File locking
* * P2P exceptions and possible corruptions handling
* * Improve user input checking
* Begin Web Interface
* Finish DNS part
* Begin testings
