[Content] Internet connectivity for $100 laptop recipients

Dear OLPC,

We are a start-up non-profit developer creating an academic web portal for
emergent countries.  We are very interested in the $100 laptop and its
potential to provide Internet access to children.  What do you predict the
Internet connectivity rate to be for children who receive the $100 laptop?
