[Community] Starting an OLPC blog; posts about 8.2 updates and the future

NB : a start on the first few below can be pulled directly from the
feature pages on the wiki linked from
  http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Release_notes/8.2.0

However they don't have images and read more like feature lists than posts.
