[olpc-help] Unexpected battery shutdown at 33%

I now have a developer key and have the system unlocked.  I have an  
USB keyboard ready to use and checked that it works with the XO.
Please let me know the test protocol you would like me to follow.

I received an email regarding the RMA process and sent back the  
requested information last Friday. Waiting for a response.
