I JUST RECEIVED MY LAPTOP....AND IT'S GREAT! I ENTERED MY NAME INCORRECTLY WHEN IT ASKED FOR IT. 
HOW CAN I CHANGE THE ERROR?
IT'S SO NEW THAT I'M NOT FAMILIAR AS TO HOW TO DO THIS.
