Ironically, I completely forgot about this thread until today--ironic because last night I tried installing the latest Joyride build.  It got all the way to Rsync and then hung for about an hour.  I canceled out of it and discovered that it had deleted most of the 653 build for me :) Now I'm at 64% which is a lot better.  Still, I'd like to get back to where I was before.

But thanks for the advice!  I'll keep it in mind for next time!
