[olpc-help] Forum support: why is the forum time set to GMT+8 hours ?

matt/pgf - thanks! didn't realize it was a USER setting. 

still, I wonder why it defaults the way it does...seems like an odd time zone to have as the default choice if the user doesn't pick one.
