[olpc-help] Sticky keyboard keys; Please RMA the laptops

Mine arrived in Libertyville yesterday (I used USPS with a tracking number, and the USPS sent me an email that it arrived).  Haven't heard from Brightstar, of course.  If they were nice, they would just open the package, confirm that it contained a non-working XO, and immediately mail me another XO in good condition.  After all, it's been two months since my credit card was charged, and I am not responsible for any of this delay.
