[olpc-help] Ping but no browsing?

Having the same problem --- can ping but not browse. When I tried Steve Holton's suggestion, ie to go directly to

     http://18.85.2.148/

I got

     "The connection was refused when attempting to contact wiki.laptop.org"

So it's getting out (and doing a reverse DNS); but it cannot get through.

Any ideas?
