[olpc-help] Communitfy Forum site is down

With the help of Stuart McKim and Jeff Sheltren of the Open Source Lab (who
donate hosting services for open source projects like OLPC), the site is
back up and running smooth. Sorry for the downtime, the forum and chat sites
