[olpc-help] First Day Phone Orders lost?

It took 60 days to find out that they were not delivering !!!
Their #7 clause says:
[i]No refunds will be made if your request is made more than thirty (30) days after the transaction date of your payment.[/i]
Nor refund, no XO.
What a pity !!!
