[olpc-help] Where is the "Develop" activity? Is this the same as "Pippy?

On reading the description of the "view source" button (http://wiki.laptop.org/go/OLPC_Human_Interface_Guidelines/The_Laptop_Experience/View_Source), it says that it is integrated with the Develop activity. 

Is this the same as "Pippy" or is this something completely different? 

Perhaps the View Source button is only available when an activity named Develop is installed? If so, it's apparently not in the initial build... am I supposed to download it from somewhere?
