[olpc-help] gizmo or skype and how to?

Hitting the road in a few days and would like to have access to my existing Skype account or start a Gizmo.

Any thoughts on download instructions and then installs?

By the way, I looked a bit for this question before I  posted and I am not sure where the search box might be so I am not addressing something that you-all have covered before.
