[olpc-help] Still Flash Problems after doing the install

Thanks Charles,
I appreciate your response. i am not a techie so I want to make sure that I understood correctly. Not sure what the "bak" is.
I go to the terminal and type the below comand. I am assuming after each line I "enter"?
