[olpc-help] Incorrectly titled General Release Notes page on wiki

Rafael,

Thank you for your response.
The page name is just incorrect.  What I think you are  calling the  
"header" makes the page even more misleading.
This page really should be renamed,
Perhaps the content of http://wiki.laptop.org/go/ 
General_Release_Notes should be merged with http://wiki.laptop.org/go/ 
Release_notes/650 and then the page http://wiki.laptop.org/go/ 
General_Release_Notes dropped as there is the more useful page http:// 
wiki.laptop.org/go/Release_notes

It is important that ambiguity be removed from the documentation.
