Here are the steps for getting connected to the Internet, which it
sounds like you've followed for the most part:

What do you see when you carry out the instructions in Step 4?  Have
you started the Browse activity?  It should be second from the left in
the bottom row of the Home view.  In the Browse activity, what happens
when you try a Google search?  Please tell us the exact error message
if there is one.  Thanks.
