[olpc-help] Has anyone actually received an RMA # yet?

I have requested an RMA but have not received anything yet.  For the record, here's my experience.
Nov 12, 2007, ordered the XO computer online.  My credit card was billed for $423.95 the same day.
Friday evening, Dec 21.  Received XO computer via FedEx.  Packaging is in good shape.  Nothing appears on the screen.
1.  Plugging in adapter:  battery icon flashes orange.  Power on -- power icon goes to green.
2.  Battery only:  inserting battery,  battery icon light flashes orange.  Power on -- power icon goes to green.
3.  Battery in.  Plugging in adapter, battery icon goes to green (doesn't flash orange).  Power on -- power icon goes to green.
I sent an email to service at laptopgiving.org on 12/21 regarding these problems, received an automatic reply.  Sent another email on 12/23 requesting an RMA, received another automatic reply.
Monday, Dec. 24, called Donor Services at 800-201-7144, gave my name, address, telephone number, and order reference number and was told that an "RMA specialist" would call me back.
Dec. 31, have not received any phone calls and no emails since 12/23 regarding this matter.  Called donor services but hung up after being on hold for 40 minutes.  Will try again in a few days.
