[olpc-help] Keyboard issues - stuck keys, keys registering erroneously

After looking more at this problem, the shift key is absolutely stuck on. I have succeeded in un-sticking the keyboard by playing with the shift key. This yet may not be a keyboard hardware issue but rather a problem with the sampling of the keyboard, or maybe even a calibration issue. I do really need help with this one, as the laptop cannot be used effectively at this point. If not resolved, within the 30 day warranty, I may have to go through the RMA process...
