G1G1 laptop - Bad alt key?

Developers BInnocenti and WBender confirm that such a bad alt key (once 
you've genuinely confirmed your keyboard is not working) is certainly 
grounds for applying for an RMA return at 800-201-7144 or 
service at laptopgiving.org
