How do you do the anonymous posts, from community-support at
lists.laptop.org<community-support%40lists.laptop.org?Subject=%5Bolpc-community-support%5D%20Chat%20scrolling%20issue&In-Reply-To=1197794665.m2f.124%40olpc.osuosl.org>
?

I don't think that the way the group is set up, with most users having their
real name and email address displayed, is optimal.  There should be a way to
show only your user name and keep the other information hidden.
