It said invalid PIN. Since I had pasted the PIN from the email, I looked for some other problem [Rolling Eyes]
Yes, it was the email to which the Welcome letter was sent.
BTW, the result of getting past that particular troll results in two numbers. You need one of them for the next step, but as I recall, the labelling was inconsistent (something like it asked for a PIN but there was no new PIN...)
