Its probably not your battery. You may need to run the XO through a few
charge/discharge cycles to get the EC synced with the state of the battery.
Try this: Power on the laptop without ext power and let it shutdown
from low battery. Then plug up ext power you should see the light go
yellow, then leave it until the light goes green. It should go green
within 3 hours. If it does not then I'll have you run a more advanced
debug.

Hi Richard,
I can't power on the laptop without ext power. I can only power up when it is plugged into the wall. When plugged in and when the battery is in, the orange charge light is illuminated. I tried to charge it overnight and it is still orange and "stuck" at 79% Battery Life. If I'm using the xo laptop plugged in and battery in, then unplug the unit, then my xo laptop shuts off. So I'm guessing it's a battery issue. If not, I'm open to suggestion on how to fix this issue. Any ideas? Please help.
Thanks,
Tim
