Replying to myself here to say never mind. Found on the open list that you can 
do FedEx tracking with only a shipping addres. Call the 800 number, work your 
way through the voice mail system until you get a real person. Then politely 
explain that you did not get a tracking number. Slow but works...

P.S. it has arrived! Off to play, since I only get a few days with the real 
thing:)
