 * on XO-1.5 olpc-dm is started before olpc-configure is finished; evidence
 is ctime of /tmp/olpc-dm-client.log is about 30 seconds before ctime of
 default.keyring,
  * on XO-1.5 with fast microSD or SD card, Gnome keyring prompt arises,
 similar to #10290,
  * occasional other reports of incomplete olpc-configure execution have
 been heard,

 Possible solution is to delay olpc-dm service until olpc-configure service
 has completed.
