Comment:

 * abandoned 13.2.5 for XO-1.75 because according to the factory the
 firmware change in Q4D38 was not effective in the new SKU237, and they
 have not explained what was effective,
 * existing SKU317 has shown new regression due to the fix made for SKU321
 and SKU322, so a new solution is needed that sets device registers based
 on serial number year.
