Comment:

 * issue seen on XO-1.75 SKU237 in preparation for first article inspection
 (FAI) on 2015-05-16,
  * task is to backport XO-4 firmware and software change to XO-1.75, and
 then test if the change solves the issue,
  * firmware will fix issue between power up and first sleep, and can be
 applied in factory,
  * software will fix issue after first sleep, and requires a new kernel,
 therefore new image.
