#12911: wikipedia activity autonomous install attempted

On XO-1 with 13.2.5 when internet is available and Sugar starts, the shell
may automatically and transparently attempt to download and install the
Simple English Wikipedia activity, and fail because there is not enough
 disk space.

This is not obvious to the user unless download rates or other network
 monitoring is in place.

For the moment, the microformat updater
[http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activities/13.2.5 page] on our Wiki has been
 [http://wiki.laptop.org/index.php?title=Activities/13.2.5&diff=297567&oldid=297486
changed] to remove Simple English Wikipedia, and that will prevent further
 downloads for laptops with 13.2.5.

 The cause was [http://dev.laptop.org/git/projects/olpc-os-
 builder/commit/?h=v7.0&id=14c089ac9cb55e263157095f37753c98acdd8fc3 a
change] to the build system that skips packages at build time. However,
Sugar 0.106 now automatically and transparently updates from the activity
 list.

We need to go back to the old way of excluding activities; by having a
separate page for resource limited systems like XO-1, or enhance the
exclusion feature to extend to the updater.
