Comment:

 Thanks for providing your custom image 4_0c123.zd. The X server packages
 on your 4_0c123.zd are identical to those on our 41009o4; your custom
 image has both vMeta and OpenGL ES. When tested with ceibal.edu.uy web
 site using Browse:

  * the slider animation is tens of frames per second,
  * there is no image stippling,
  * CPU is 25% utilised, 10% Browse, 15% X server,
  * the mouse cursor is responsive,
  * the memory leak is observed, the X server grows until out-of-memory,

 Retested 41009o4, which has both vMeta and OpenGL ES. The results are the
 same as with 4_0c123.zd.

 Therefore my [comment:26 previous test result] was in error or the web
 site has changed since the test.

 Our workaround of switching to the Dove X server has a severe performance
 penalty on this web site. The workaround is not acceptable to you.

 There is no solution to the memory leak at this time. Further engineering
 work will be required on the OpenGL ES drivers to find memory allocations
 that are not released.
