 Also occurs on Browse-157 on 13.2.4 built for XO-1, with Sugar 0.104.

 Other tickets may relate;
  * #12805; Epiphany menus on XO-1, on 13.2.1, possible workaround with
 fontconfig or symlinks,
  * #11990; Browse-140 on XO-1, on an early 12.1.0 build, but didn't
 reproduce later.
