 Context: Write-95 on Fedora 20 on XO-4 using local build 4.

 Problem: a page break is inserted at the head of the document on the first
 save.

 Reproducer:
  * start a new instance of the Write activity,
  * type some text,
  * stop the activity,
  * resume the activity from the journal entry,
  * note the view,
  * scroll the screen,
  * note the view.

 Expected result: text in same place in the view.

 Observed result: the view appears blank, but the saved text is present
 after a page break.  If the page break is deleted, subsequent resume
 renders the document as it was
