Comment:

 * problem does not occur on XO-1.5 with membrane keyboard,
  * keycodes shown by evtest are wrong,
  * over the Fedora 20 transition, udev keyboard mapping has moved into
 systemd,
  * /lib/udev/hwdb.d/60-keyboard.hwdb does not contain an entry for
 mechanical keyboard (olpcm),
  * membrane keyboard in hwdb is not used when mechanical keyboard is
 present.
