 The critical parts of the interim patch that works around the CMA bug have
 been pushed as [http://dev.laptop.org/git/olpc-
 kernel/commit/?h=arm-3.5-android&id=8ba75429a2a7fe3bb94aca1d957bb7e025a8377e
 8ba7542] to correspond with a test build.  This can be reverted later if a
 more correct solution is found.
