 Reproducer:
  * settings, turn on bluetooth, pair with keyboard,
  * terminal, test keyboard,

 Observed behaviour:
  * built-in keyboard input is seen,
  * bluetooth keyboard input is not seen,

 Desired behaviour:
  * input from both keyboards seen.
