Comment:

 This did not reproduce here with my two siv120d samples, but did
 eventually reproduce with an ov7670 camera on an XO-1.5.  Reseating the
 camera cable in the connector solved it.

 When this is next investigated, try reseating the cable.

 If the problem persists, there are drive capability settings in the
 registers that may be manipulated.  We use 0x32 in register 0x7 in bank
 0x0.  Test again with these set to minimum:
