 Measurements confirmed by another session:
  * CHG_LX, 7.4V
  * PQ61.1 vs PQ61.8, 1.9V
  * BGATE, 5.4V,
  * LGATE, 0.2V,
  * UGATE, 7.6V,
  * across PR185, 0.00 - 0.01V,

 Digital multimeter has three digit display, correctly shows stable zero on
 probe shorting, correctly shows occasional variation on open probes.

 No sign of physical damage or tombstoning around PR185, PR190, PR193,
 PU16.

 Conclusion: needs probing in the time domain, with an oscilloscope.
